Atlantic Bank Launches New Logo
Atlantic Bank celebrated its 40th anniversary of providing services to Belize. Atlantic Bank was inaugurated in August 1971 at our Albert Street Branch offering traditional banking services. Today, we offer traditional and innovative banking services that meet and exceed our customers’ banking needs.
This year, along with celebrating such a milestone, we are redesigning our logo to symbolize a new era for Atlantic Bank. The new logo is designed to convey a friendly, progressive and trustworthy bank.
The blue represents our connection to our past identity: stability, trust and integrity. The red stroke symbolizes leadership and strength, which is echoed in the red dot above the "i". The green stroke represents growth and endurance and the gold signifies the success in all aspects pursued by our customers, staff, management and shareholders of the Bank. Together the colors reflect our Caribbean and Central American heritage. The triangular shape of the logo also represents the stability we have as a bank. The repeated forward moving strokes symbolize progress as a country, people, and bank.
The new company slogan “Building the Future Together” demonstrates our commitment to the growth and development of the people and country of Belize.
Effective August 17th, 2011, we will start to use the new logo in our advertising, signage and bank forms. Our website www.atlabank.com will be modified to reflect our new logo and colors. The changes to the website will become effective September 12, 2011. The complete phasing out of our old logo, however, will be ongoing within the next few months.
On this important milestone of Atlantic Bank’s history, the Board of Directors and management thank all those loyal customers who have been the strength of our growth and development for the past 40 years. Atlantic Bank will continue offering the highest-quality service and innovative products and building strong relationships with our customers.
